Overview

NHI gathers information about prospective students ages 13 to 21 for the primary purpose of inviting and facilitating their participation in NHI leadership programs and attendant membership services.  NHI also gathers updated information from its alumni, and from individuals or organizations that may wish to act as resources to support our work.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

NHI uses information for purposes of communications with interested parties about NHI's programs and services, surveys for NHI-sponsored research projects, and distribution of its newsletter and online magazine.

Giving consent for others

NHI shares limited information with certified NHI volunteers for specific outreach, recruitment, coordination, and training purposes. NHI also circulates limited information about high school student members to NHI's college/university network for purposes of college networking and recruitment. NHI may also share participant information with sponsoring entities such as school districts or donors for the purpose of documenting participation and funding.

Third-parties applications

NHI does not circulate or sell lists for any other purpose.
