NHI LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The National Hispanic Institute (NHI) provides its youth with a continuum of leadership opportunities that begin at the ninth grade and continue through undergraduate college studies. This eight-year process begins with the Great Debate, continues with the Lorenzo de Zavala Youth Legislative Session, the Collegiate World Series, and, finally, the Collegiate Leadership Network. These programs are built on research and pilot projects which are field tested before becoming part of the organization’s pedagogy.
